Did I say authentic and value?
For $20.60, here is the list of food that fed me and my gf: gyozo, beef teryaki, tempura, sashimi, salmon roll, california roll, rice. Everything came in 4 to go boxes (2 big and 2 small), and the food was delicious. Sashimi was fresh, beef teryaki was cooked "medium" (she asked me how I liked it cooked), the flakes on the tempura is the thin kind which is much better than just flour paste. Overall, excellent value and exceptional food. I was visiting and found this place on google. I said I must write an excellent review for the restaurant because it deserves it! BTW, I eat Japanese once a week so please keep that in mind when reading this review. Overall, I highly recommend this place. I will be sure to come back when I visit San Diego again. Lastly, this place is tiny and can be difficult to find, make sure you keep your eye out for it.
