THIS BANK SCREWED UP SO MUCH ITS HARD TO BELIEVE! here is some examples:
they dont keep their loan commentments no good faith!! they cost me over 100k due to a failed 1031 exchange due to their failure to keep a loan commentment they gave my buyer who was buying my property, worst yet they now have taken adverse action against me after they learned of my loss and my demand for repayment! i applied for a loan 1 year ago and they approved it, then turned around and failed to fund it as promised!
they made 1 million dollars unsecured loans!! and worst yet its in default 3+ months!!!
I even called mr kemper and its been months not even a call back to say "screw you"!!!!!
the banks customer service is in the toilet!!!
the bank screwed up so bad they escorted john pinzino out of bank in saint joseph!!! (he made bad loans)i got screwed!!!
Im the seller im not suposed to lose ANY money!!!! jim rine denied any responsibility (hes a regional president for umb!)
I also talked to the "chief" corperate lender for umb and its been over a month and no responce EVEN thou he said he would try and resolve this issue!

DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY IN THERE AS THEY GIVE IT TO PEOPLE IN RISKY POSITIONS! IM NOT BASHING THE BANK!!!
BUT STATING THE FACTS!!!
TRY US BANK OR BANK OF AMERICA THEY MESS UP LESS!! AND NOT SO SLOPPY!

I agree with one of the other comments that bank people tend to be self righeous. Yes I had made some mistakes on my account but the they did not help me at all they just let me know that this is your fault and you will suffer the consequences. Well I other people at other banks say that they were given grace and some charges were dismissed, and that's why they bring their business and they are loyal to that bank. Well I want you to know because you were so tight with the little....I have come into alot of money with my business and I am currently investing my money at another bank.
