Bought the car at UAG. Had the fan, fan shroud, belts replaced. $800 bucks and we supplied the BMW parts. A week later when my husband lifted the hood to check the fluids in the car he found the fan shroud broken and laying sideways. A call to UAG this morning was unsatisfactory. Matt, the service manager basically said it was our problem and he will not do anything to rectify their mistake. Since I can see they won't fix what they did wrong, we're taking it elsewhere. At least I will have a better chance of getting it done right. We were just thinking it's about time to buy another, but it sure won't be at UAG.
