ultima could improve customer service‎

There is a short older woman at the desk that has been difficult worth joining elsewhere as she seems always there- equipment is old - gyms should be easy. I will likley go to the better gyms If they coached her in customer services it would be better. the equipment needs fixing. I will likely join a different gym‎
