Wow, I get great service by Jean M. at InsiderPages
I was surprised to read the other review. Every time I go to the bank, the tellers are very friendly and helpful. If they see many people in line, everyone will pitch in to so you don't have to wait very long. The feel is like a small town bank, I don't go often but when I do they seem to recognize me. I bank at other banks too - Washington Mutual - and they have NO customer service. I would switch all my business to US bank but unfortunately I have a loan with WaMu.

I have a personal account with US Bank that I just opened. So far I am not impressed with the service but at the same time I am not dissatisfied. My experiences with this bank are so so. When I call their customer service line sometimes I get people who are very friendly and know exactly what they are doing. However, sometimes I get people who are still friendly but dont know so much. I think that US Bank is growing so fast it will take a while for their employees to catch up.
