I may change my rating. However, I rented the $19.99/day Uhaul, did not drive it more than 20 miles and had it for six hours (I set the trip meter and it said 18 miles when I was done). I believe it was $0.99/mile. I did not order insurance, did not use the dolley or furniture mats, did not do any damage and filled the tank up past what it came with. I estimate I should have paid $45 MAX - but I was charged $82. I left a voice mail just now and will await his response. Not too happy about this and have had bad luck with the condition of Uhaul trucks in the past (real bad). Ryder/Penske and Budget seem to be much better in regards to quality of their trucks. Yes, I have moved a lot!
