3. Uhual saved me 3-or 4 trips in my car when I was moving. It was easy to make the online reservation, and I got exactly what I asked for. The truck was clean and surprisingly easy to drive. My only complaint is it would have been nicer to have it for longer so that I wasn’t so rushed but understand it was a busy time for them. It was even cheaper than I expected too, since the truck really didn’t take that much gas to fill it back to where it was. They definitely get you to buy the insurance on the truck just by the mere thought of having to pay for it if anything bad should happen. The price is clearly higher than the advertised $19.99 but if you consider how much more convenient it is to take all of your stuff in one smooth trip, it can be worth it.

You guys have really improved your game! Better, newer truck, super people at the Midway location and THANKS for speeding up the return-process (when people come in all burned out from unloading) ... it took less than 90 seconds. CONGRATS on turning your company around!!!

Compared to the other reviews, looks like I had a decent experience. Picked up a 10 foot truck at 8 AM. Initially they wanted to give me a 14 foot truck for the 10 foot price due to availability. I declined due to downtown parking spaces and received a 10 foot truck that needed to be returned by 3pm, well after our expected time of completion. Other than U-haul's rip off price of $0.99/mile, the service at this location was fine (not bad, not great, just average). Drove 28 miles and my final bill after tax with a furniture dolly was $60 (a far cry from the $19.95 advertised on the truck).

We did not read the reviews first. If we had we may not have chosen this location to do business with. We canceled our contract without ever taking possession of the truck and they charged us for it anyway. I'm waiting for a refund. Their business practices are questionable. I will definitely not choose this location again. I would advise others not to do so either.

This place is a big RIPOFF. I was quoted $279 for a truck rental, but when I got there they wanted $499. Now what was I supposed to do on moving day? Go try to find a truck somewhere else? I paid them what they wanted and I'll let my credit card company fight with them.
