The people here are always friendly and the work done is always done on time. Time was a big priority of mine, warranty also. I was given a great repair time frame, which was met! And one of the best warrantys in Charlotte with my repair. Thank you to everyone!

This is the best experience I have had with any auto shop in Charlotte. First off, the shop and waiting area is very clean, yet this is a very busy shop. When I walked in, there were several other people inside, two picking up their car and a few waiting for a routine service to be done. Secondly, when I brought my Honda initially to be checked out, the transmission technician took a drive with me to see what the noise was that was talking about and for me to show him the problem i was having with the gears. He reviewed everthing with me in detail and gave me a written repair estimate. I shop around whenever I make a purchase and I must say I am very impressed with this establishment. The price was good, the people are very thorough. They contacted me while the repair was being done and when it was ready for pick up we made arrangements accordingly. I've had my vehicle back now for two months. I am very pleased with everyone. This shop has won a customer for life. I will be sure to share my experience with my family and my friends. I highly reccommend this establishment.

Always came in for tune ups and minor repairs. When I found out I needed a transmission repair (the transmission was slipping) I knew I was in good hands. Always prompt service and repairs always done on time. Can't beat the warranty or price! Great work!!

Brought my van in for a transmission rebuild. Paul (owner) gave me a quote and said that he would stick to that quote no matter what.
Paul rebuilt my transmission from the ground up with ALL new parts (unlike some places who will reuse some parts which in turn will cause you to have to go back at a later date because of additional problems).
While rebuilding the transmission, he brought me back into the shop to show me what exactly was causing the problems (broken and worn pieces, etc).
After the rebuild was complete, not only did he stick with the original quote, he gave it the best warranty for a transmission rebuild (I called around and NO ONE came close to it!).
This is an example of a top-notch, high quality, and HONEST mechanic! He believes in doing the job right the FIRST time.
I HIGHLY recommend this establishment!
