We had several issues with this facility! My husband climbed there for a couple of years, he left because he has surgery. About 2 years after leaving we got a bill for over $400. We were told they would take care of the bill. A year after that we got another letter from a collector. Needless to say this was ongoing for years, the owner was RUDE! Refused to call me or my husband back. Then said that I wasn't allowed to call them. After asking SEVERAL times to see the contract they said he signed we got one and it was NOT a contract, it was a liability waver. So far it seems they have stopped harassing us. I would NEVER suggest putting your children in this place. This is how they treat the customers that had been going to them for years.

We went to a birthday party and Tumblebees and I was very happy with the activities and the service we received from the staff. The children had about 45 minutes to an hour of playtime, which for our group included games, obstacles, rolling around on the floor etc. The children had a lot of fun. After play time we went to an area that was decorated and had cake and drinks. Im not sure who supplied that stuff. The children watched the birthday girl open her gifts and then the party was over. I think all in all it lasted just under 2 hours. I did look around while I was there and noticed they offer summer programs, classes for all ages, birthday parties and more. The parking was great, the staff was great, the business was clean, the bathrooms where very clean. Overall this company would get an A from me.
