Inconsistent in Pick up.
Some weeks they pick us up and some weeks they don't. When we call the office, they only have a message machine and don't return our calls. They don't credit us for the weeks the miss picking up our trash on our account.

NO CONSISTENCY IN PICKUP TIMES
POOR WANT TRASH OUT NIGHT BEFORE BUT IF ITS TIPPED OVER DO THEY STOP AND PICK IT UP COME ON WHAT ABOUT SERVICE.
