We rented from this agency for exactly 1 year with no lease renewal. The process for the initial application and coordinating was slow and yes, as many reviews have said, they're very lacking in prompt replies most of the time. The biggest problem we've had with them is when we did have several major problems with the house (i.e. equipment failures) they took anywhere from a month(no hot water) to several weeks(unrelated plumbing issues) and generally we had to call/email/contact them multiple times. additionally there is a "if it breaks we won't replace it" mentality about major appliances like the included washer/dryer. when we first planned on moving in, they gave us a move in date then pushed it back a week and a half at the last minute. when the property owner wanted a walk through and we did a full cleaning and made sure one of us was home they... looked at the front of the house a few minutes and drove off.. when they scheduled workmen to come trim the shrubbery in the gated backyard we were never informed(they just showed up not knowing what to do) .. More often then not they would give us an answer or we'd work with one rep then the property manager or another employee would get involved and seem to have NO clue what had transpired(e.g. we gave notice of moving out to the prop mgmt's assistant and when speaking to the manager herself about a "missing payment" they asked us if we wanted to renew our lease... and this i s after th assisstant had spoken with the mgmt and also asked us if we would be willing to "show the house" for them before we left.... In regard to the "missing payment.. In a years time at least 3 of our electronic online payments(us9ing their preferred service) for rent were sitting on someone's desk for enough time we got eviction notices... when they HAD THE FUNDS. Thats 3 times in 1 year. Very disorganised, disinterested, and disturbing. SOme of their workers are really nice and sweet and responsive(Liza) but the company as a whole.

This is sooo bad. They are horrilbe about keeping in touch. And if you have a problem don't even think that they care - They DON'T! It has all ready been said but soo true. They never return phone calls or emails. Many atempts were made about the real bad problems we were having, and no one every responded. worst landlord ever. I wish i would have found this site before running into them.

I filled out an application and paid the required fee, and 4 hours I called to cancel that application because I had chosen another place to live. They did not have all of the supporting document to even run the application. I called to talk to Tina who was the property manager about this and left a message asking for my check to be returned or destroyed, yet my $95 check was still cashed. I tried multiple times calling and emailing, yet no one would return my call. In the end they just TAKE your hard earned MONEY.

Terrible property management company. Beware. Do not return phone calls, emails, or acknowledge rental app submission. If they are this bad BEFORE a lease, they must be a nightmare after.
