My experience at Tucson cleaners was terrible! We dropped of a total of 3 comoforters and 1 sports jacket all expected by a week, we went to pick up and the items were incomplete! Since we were in no rush for the items this did not bother us. The problems began when one of their employees namely Judy, made a mistake in our charges. In order to correct HER OWN mistake (mistake which she admitted to me once) she called to harrass our family about the unpaid charges over 5 times! In one of the occasions she hung up on me on purpose, I called back and she acted like she never hung up on me. In addition to this she refused to answer any of my questions about the charges from her mistake. I asked to speak with her manager several times and she ignored my requests. She even went as far to make up the excuse by saying they were on vacation! On our last phone call she did not hang up the line correctly and I could here her bad mouthing me to another co-worker. Not only does Judy suffer from poor math skills, stalker syndrome, but also Technical Ignorance. Her co worker which I spoke to was very gratious, civil and tried to help out. I realize Judy is an older woman but she still owes the establishments customers respect... Not only were our items delayed but this woman provided terrible customer service.IF you visit this location and Judy is the only one at the front desk WALK OUT, you wont regret taking the time to go somewhere else for BETTER & RELIABLE SERVICE!
