We bought a new jetted tub with all the "extras". When it arrived, it was not acceptable. I called Tubz and explained the problem and told them they would need to pick it up for replacement. No problem, in fact "Tom" the owner even got involved along with Jeremy, the store manager. They did everything humanly possible to make it right for us. After several attempts to fix the problem, I said " just tell the manufacture that this is not acceptable and return it". They did, and when the new tub came and I had plumbing problems hooking it up (no fault of Tubz) Tom made a new fitting and came to my home and helped me fix it. During this process I needed a special "diverter valve" which Jeremy took care of. Great Customer service. I do agree the recptionist is a week link. BC‎

We went to Tubz to look a shower valves for our bathroom remodel. They have a good selection of what are considered premium fixtures (not the Home Depot or Lowes stuff) that have lifetime warranties and are very designer. ...

They had good selection of tubs that you can actually see and even sit inside, and ordering was straightforward. However, the tub delivered had a leak in the piping, My wife called them and asked when they can fix it, and the only answer she got was they don't know. I called them again and asked when they can fix it, again the answer was "I don't know" without ANY explanation. I was dumbfounded - they simply don't care. While it's true that they don't fix tubs themselves but the manufacturer does through authorized local contractors (hence the schedule is not under their control), this is like car dealer delivering a bad car and then say I don't know when the problem can be fixed without any further explanation on the process. To the manufacturer's credit, it was fixed quickly. But I have to say I'm deeply disappointed, and won't shop there again.‎

bathroom fixtures and wonderful service. One of the phone receptionists is a bit arrogant and has a can't be bothered attitude. Other than that, they're wonderful. If you can, visit on the week days; they're mobbed on the weekend. They're also closed on Fridays! ...
