Deplorable legal service. Do not care about their clients. Do not represent their clients' best interests. Work product wreaked of errors, inaacurate statements and lacked attention to details. Legal preparation was nonexistent. This firm denies clients the right for a jury trial. After 2 years and $80K, this firm withdrew from the case after I finally demanded an explanation for substandard and inferior work product. This firm dumped me just a few months before a crucial court hearing just because I began to ask questions about countless delays, continued errors and misstatements, their making decisions without consulting me, ie, accommodated the defenses requests on more than one ocassion to continue trial dates. Funny thing, I was never notified any trial dates had been scheduled. This firm participated in unethical representation. The past few years have been a nightmare, and zero progress. This firm billed me for many legal services that were not performed. I can go on forever. I do not want anyone to experience this nightmare that I have and now totally broke, no legal representation and new attorneys are refusing to handle my cases due to this firms negligence in handling these cases. I was told "represent yourself" "you answer the defenses' motions" "have your new attorney correct the errors" Does not sound like a firm that is committed to professionalism or fiduciary duty. DO NOT HIRE!!!
