I have used Truegreen for many years on my residential property and for some reason, the past few years there have been poor performance issues. On at least 2 occassions and possibly 3 occasions where the chemical treatment for weed abatement has been inadequate enough to warrant return visits to complete the job.
Because of these past issues being unresolved, I withheld payment for several months. When I finally paid the service for the most recent work, incomplete as it was, the Truegreen company had continued to use a COLLECTION Service to collect the funds, which were paid 3 months ago.
After several phone calls to the main offices in Milpitas, I was assured that the records were corrected and the collection services were cancelled because of the false collection activities.
Truegreen has be banned from my residence and will be taken to small claims court to resolve the credit damage caused by their continued failure to remove the collection agency services from harrassing my residence
