True Stone is truly world-class in their stone work as well as their customer service. After they did my kitchen I feel like I now have an eye for stonework. They installed a single large piece with no seams for my kitchen countertops. They also worked with my designer to make me a custom, one-of-a-kind fireplace, as well as my bathtub. I see comparable stone work at restaurants and friend?s houses, and there are far too often many seams and poor edges. The level of professionalism I encountered started in the office and was carried through all the way to the installation. I was very happy to find out that this San Francisco based company had no problem working on my home in Napa. Great work, great people, and fast?came to my house for measurements and installed the stone only two weeks later: A +.

I had been looking at material at several stone yards, and at all 5 places, True Stone was on their preferred list of Fabricators to work with. I called True Stone once I got home and was treated wonderfully! They held my hand through out the whole process, which was great. Their knowledge is impecable. I must have called at least 15 times with different questions, and they never made me feel like I was just another customer, they all made me feel like I was their # 1 customer. When my Kitchen was installed, two weeks later..... all I can say is WOW!!!!!!!!! I have received so many compliments, from friends, family and even my designer.. Who has been in this business for 15 years and she said my one and only seam in my counter top was done great. It is hardly noticable, she said it was a Top Notch job! Thank you True Stone!

We outfitted a whole house with this shop. the staff at true stone was very educated about the products they offer. the pricing was great and they had access to just about any type of stone you would want. we bought Limestone, granite and marble from them and were able to save money buy using them instead of the high end shops you can find in SF. also another great featuer that is not adversised the guys at truestone have allot of great contacts for installers you can ask them or since this is a place where you will find many controtors just hang aroung and ask the contractors for bids. So it's kind of a one stop shopping expierence.

Up front service was great. Although they seem to mean well, once you're signed up, things go downhill fast. Being honest the price was fine and the actual work itself was ok. Follow up on questions was poor at best, they show up late, you have to call them-they don't call you and are very disorganized.
