True Nature is a small health food store on the North Side. They focus on local organic produce and hard-to-find health food products, including supplements and other food items. They work as a co-op with small independent farms and also supply other vendors.

Their selection can be limited at times and their prices tend to be higher than other big-box health food stores, but it feels good to shop there and support the community. The store is well organized and clean, and employees are very helpful.
