Since opening an account several months ago, I could not be happier with the service. No matter if I go in to any location or call on the phone, the service is outstanding, and the rates are very competative if not better than most.

since the merger they have sucked

poor customer service
no one wants to do their jobs
they outsourced their bill payer service
the 877 line does not help you
going into the branch and noting your account means nothing
getting a supervisor is impossible

This is the best financial institution in the Philadelphia area. They have changed their name from Philadelphia Telco to TruMark about a year ago. At one time, membership was only available to family members of phone company employees, now it's open to everyone. You only need $5.00 to open a savings account and there are no minimums in order to keep the accounts open. Checking and checks are free, plus you earn interest on every account. They don't nickle and dime you for everything, and most services are free including ATM transactions. Trevose is the main office, but there are locations throughout the Philadelphia area and surrounding suburbs.
