Best Vet in NYC!
I've been coming to this wonderful vet hospital for 6 years now and highly recommend this facility. My little pup, Fluffy (I know - such a typical name, but he is really a fluff of fur!) LOVES it here! Everyone that we've met here has been very kind, loving and professional. He has seen all of the vets here and they have all been great! They have all called me at various times to check in on how he was doing after his neuter, when he had the runs several times and especially after he had to stay there overnight. I was so worried, but I truly trust them with my baby and knew that he was in very good hands. Would highly recommend this place!

Watch out for pricey care
I have owned a dog my entire life - 6 dogs in total over the last 25 years. I have to say, I have never been to a vet where I have paid so much money. If you're not careful, they will completely take advantage of you. I use to go to a vet on the upper east side and moved down here so found this place since they were close by. In the last year, I have paid over $2,000 in vet bills, for a perfectly healthy dog. Every time I go in, there seems to be yet another "test" or something I need to pay for, thing I never even heard of or look up when I get home that are not needed for my pet. While there, they give you no warning as to the cost of things - like this is going to cost "so and so." When I ask, I get a vague answer until I see the bill. They don't logically tell you what to expect, and do not watch out for the customer, they just try to make their money. Everytime I have been in there waiting there have been complaints from others about their bill - and I have never been somewhere where I have heard so much complaining. I had my dog's annual shots one year, they gave him 2, then made me come back a month later for the other 3 (I don't know to this day why they couldn't do them all at once). For the last 10 years he would get them all at once - why would they make me come back? Everytime I have been in there has been an instance like this - poor planning on their part to get me back and paying for another visit. While the vet staff is friendly, there is poor planning and bad customer service at the front desk. Take it from someone who has owned pets many years and knows a thing or two about their care - you are getting ripped off here. There are too many other caring vets in the city with more affordable care. It just makes me sad that in this economy, vet places are not taking into consideration logical steps to help people save money. I am saddened by others who get duped, and then end up having to give away their pets because care for them is so pricey. I hope others do not fall into this trap.

Best Vet in lower Manhattan
Professional, Clean Environment and convenient location. My two Pugs go to Tribeca-Soho Animal Hospital and I can't think of one negative thing to say. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable about the Pug Breed.

Great Vet
We have been taking our puppy to Tribeca Soho Animal Hospital since the first week we had him, and they have done a fabulous job. We have seen almost all of the veterinarians there, and they are all very friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. They are very reliable and always follow up.

Caring, Knowledgeable Docs
I've been taking our kitties to this vet group since about 2003 and have always found the doctors to be caring and knowledgeable. When I first went there, our two beloved old cats were reaching the end of their very long lives and had all kinds of health issues. The Tribeca SoHo docs helped them to be more comfortable in those final years, and when the end came for both (ages 17 and 20, respectively), they could not have shown more compassion. There was nothing "routine" about their treatment of us or our cats. Now we have two young kitties, and they helped both through some early digestive problems. Although we now live in Brooklyn, I'm finding it hard to switch vets because of the level of trust I've built up with Tribeca SoHo Animal Hospital.

Caveats: 1. It's often very busy in the waiting room, and you might be cooling your heels for a while. 2. Fees are on the high side, but that's probably true throughout the metro area. 3. On rare occasions the front-desk staff has been a bit brusque with me and not entirely accommodating. But I'd still recommend this vet group to anyone.
