It was Valentine's day and my partner and I had reserved a couple massage and body scrub....first they canceled the body scrub an hour before our reservation (which made it impossible to reschedule/ I still think that was on purpose) They had over booked the treatments and then had the audacity to offer to "Upgrade " us to a pedi and mani...which isn't a comparison to a body scrub....I was just disappointed because I wanted my girlfriend to experience a body scrub for the first time...of course i was embarrassed...to top it off the the robe my girlfriend had was ripped at the bottom...if that didn't top it, the strawberries were rotten....Thank god the massages were amazing and the receptionist was very catering and welcoming. I would never come back , nor recommend this place.‎

the pedicurist had absolutely no knowledge of what she was doing, i was left raw, cut, my nails terribly painted and with my stomach in knots, i will never go there again.‎

The staff at Tribeca made our group feel pampered and relaxed. The planning was effortless. We had a party of 8 people, and the staff (especially the manager) was organized, available, and flexible. It was the least expensive place I considered, and yet I could not imagine having received better service anywhere else.

The massages were awesome, while the manis and pedis average. The place is beautiful, with a lounge and sauna downstairs. The atmosphere in the lounge (candles, wine, snacks- all free!) makes you feel like you own the place, and the focus is all on relaxation. We were never rushed- they even kept the place open late so we could finish drying our nails!!

We had a wonderful time at Tribeca, and would definitely go back there!

Everytime I call Tribeca Beauty spa in need of a last-minute treatment, they are accomodative, professional, and do an amazing job! It is my go-to spa!

Great staff, private and comfortable spa treatment rooms and great waiting room downstairs with treats and dim lighting, didn't feel rushed and left wanting to go back the next day
