Triad performed work for us with regrading our yard, installing drains and pop-ups, river rock, two retaining stone walls, landscaping, plant materials, 8 trees, approx a hundred shrubs and perennial plants, drip irrigation in the beds, top soil, mulch and sod for the areas that were regraded. The project took 5 days with 3 guys.

We had a yard with water drainage problems. Our neighbor's yard water was spilling into ours and the grading was poorly done by the builder, so essentially every time it rained, we had a flooded yard. We called six landscapers for quotes, and only actually received 4 quotes/responses. Triad was among the least expensive, but that's not why we chose them. The owner Joel, was very patient while we continued to go back forth on options and pricing and visited us several times, before we signed the contract with him. We made modifications along the way, and Joel was very helpful in making suggestions, but also always being thoughtful about what we wanted. They were very courteous and personable. We are so thrilled with the outcome of the project! Words can't describe how they delivered everything we wanted and more!
