I have been using professional tax service companies for 24 years and Tri-Valley Tax is by far the BEST company that I have dealt with. The staff is friendly and professional and when they commit to getting a return done, they get it done. When I first started with them 10 years ago I brought them my tax return from the previous preparer and Tri-Valley Tax found errors and saved me money. Not only have we chosen Tri-Valley Tax for our tax preparer but also as our Financial Service company, i.e. investments. I truely believe that you can not go wrong with Tri-Valley Tax.

I have been using professional accounting services for over 25 years. This is by far the worst I have ever encountered. They were so late in beginning my annual filings that they insisted on filing an extension, even though they had all necessary data 3 months in advance. When I switched to a more professional service, they became very nasty and retaliatory. I would strongly advise that Tri-Valley and Howard Hertz be avoided like the plague.

Worst customer service and sour attitudes I have ever received from a tax company. If you ask for an estimate they will simply complete your taxes and then tell you what you owe. Charges will be much higher than the competition. They won't return phone calls either because 'it is tax season'.
