Brought my Ford in for insurance work. When I got it home I noticed a slight halo around each repaired area. Car was still dusty with wax and not washed. Wasn't able to get back to Tri Valley for several months to resolve issue.

Even though they gave me the stink eye and were somewhat skeptical of my situation, they took the car in the morning and were finished in the afternoon.
Halos were completely buffed out and the entire car was washed and waxed.
The owner, grandfather of family run business, walked me out to the car and gave me some tips on how and when to wax it and to take extra care because it's Ford paint.

In a time where customer service is almost non existent, this was a welcomed change. I will give them my business in the future.

I have unfortunately been involved in a few accidents and never received the same level of service that I did at Tri Valley. They are family owned and operated and treat their clients as if they were a part of the family as well. I was extremely happy with the work they did on my vehicle and have referred them several new accounts.

My insurance company sent me here after an accident for repairs. They did a good job on the repairs and finished quickly. They were prompt with phone calls. My only complaint is they didn't reaim the headlight so I brought it back and they had no problem doing it. It would have been nice to avoid having to bring it all the back. Good customer service.

I like this business because each and every one of the employees are very courteous, helpful, and willing to go out of their way to help you and work around your schedule. They are a family owned company which I feel is a very strong aspect.
