Sour grapes

Break your pipes and leave!!
We hired Tri County Power Rodding to unclog the pipes at one of our rental homes. They ended up putting a hole in one of the pipes. They claimed they tried to call us but couldn't get through, which is impossible since they had our cell number and cell phones have voice mail, no busy signal, and a call log. When our renter called us upset because her family couldn't use the kitchen sink we contacted Tri County... this was about 5 o'clock. We were told it was our problem. When we asked to speak to a manager we were told he wasn't there and he wouldn't get back to us until the next day. So, you leave me with a broken pipe, don't even try to contact me to work out a plan to fix it, leave a mother of three without the use of her kitchen sink, and the manager is too busy to resolve the problem. I believe they should have replaced the pipe they broke at their expense, but even if they wouldn’t do that they should have called us immediately to see it we wanted them to fix it.

Honest Service by Marcey C. at InsiderPages
We called Tri County Power Rodding after our sewer system started backing up into our home. We scheduled an appointment and they promptly sent out 2 men. It turned out to be a severe root problem, and they recommended yearly cleanout. The price was decent, and we were glad to have the problem taken care of so reasonably.
A few weeks later, we were disappointed to have the problem reappear. We called Tri County Power Rodding, and they sent out the same 2 men and cleared the roots again at no additional charge. Several months later, we have not had any additional problems. I'll definitely be calling them again next year for annual maintenance.
