One of the best dojo's around!
Having been involved in some sort of Martial Arts for most of my life, both Aikido and non-Aikido, I can honestly say Tri-City Aikido is the best place I've ever found to study Martial Arts. Let's face it - there are many different arts ...

The Greatest Place for Kids‎
I started Aikido when I was in second grade. I am most definitely not a girl of commitment. I love it there. If you are looking for a place to take your children it is amazing. Tony, the main instructor, is very good with discipline. He says that Aikido is between roller coasters and math homework. It is fun and serious. For adults it is great for many things. True Aikido is just being kind not throwing people on the ground or "kicking butt". Take my word for it this IS the best Aikido Dojo in the Bay Area. Go here first you will stay with it for years. Great for kids and adults.‎

The Best Master & Dojo‎
I had the privilege to learn from Anthony Sensei for six months in 2008 before I relocate to S. California for a new job. He is one of the best masters I have met in 26 years of my practice in the martial arts. I hold 2nd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and yellow belt in Hwa Rang Do. Prior to committing myself in learning from Anthony sensei, I have visited 2 other Aikido Dojo around the area and sat through the entire class at least once in each Dojo. There is no question that Anthony sensei is the best. I learnt so much from him and the fellow students. The things I learnt are not only about Aikido/martial arts, but also the way you view and approach others in your social and career life. Anthony sensei's teaching will change your perspective in life. I recommend you sit in the bleacher for the entire class at TCA and compare your observation and impression with other dojo. While other dojo may be a bit fancier, realize you are there to learn from Sensei and other students. ...

Exemplifying the Spirit of Aikido
I started training in Aikido while I lived in Japan. After being transferred back to the Bay Area, I was not sure I could find a sensei or dojo to continue my training in this martial art. I checked out several places and when I came to ...
