This salon is great, ONCE, you get passed the front desk. I keep asking myself why I am spending money here every time I go in. The stylist are great, but the front office is horrible. There are usually three or four girls having tea at the front desk, acting as if you are an interuption in their day. It is very uncomfortable since most of them still need their noses wiped. Anybody who can afford to pay in upwards of $150 on hair should at least be treated well. I have never even considered using their other services because that would require I ask someone for help. I would suggest to management to stop pushing the product on the clients and work on making us feel you deserve any more of our money!!
