The store did not quite live up to the claim of being the "most European supermarket in America." Based on what I bought, though, which was mostly American and Asian food and wine (except for the bottle of European beer), I found the prices were reasonable given the location.

This Old Town Treasure Island store offers lots of unusual foods such as interesting pastas, frozen items, pretty good vegetables. As do most stores in this are, Treasure Island charges more than you would pay in parts of the city farther away from downtown.

Although it carries all the things you need on your average shopping trip, this grocery store is oh, so much more. The perfect place for unusual produce, offbeat brands (think upscale), and homemade goods for the perfect picnic treat on a summer's evening. Good selection of flowers, too. Parking is outstanding for the city.
