In the past, I hesitated going to the dentist for regular checkups because when I was growing up, taking care of my teeth was not considered important or a priority. As I got older I realized that I was speaking without moving my lips, not smiling very often and talking with my mouth partially covered. Then about a year ago, I made an appointment at Travis Walk Dental Care with Dr. Miranda. The night before my first visit, Dr Miranda called me at home to get an understanding of what type of care I needed. His call made me feel like he was genuinely concerned about my health and creating a smile that I would be comfortable with. After each treatment, I knew that I would be receiving a call later that night from Dr. Miranda or someone on his staff making sure that I was doing okay. Now my friends tell me that I smile more often now then in the past and I seemed to be more outgoing. I know now that I can move my lips when I speak and not be afraid that someone will notice my teeth. Thanks ...

Dear Dr. Miranda, I would like to take a moment to express my appreciation for a job well done! My fear of dentists has kept me from having the smile that I deserve. One day while reading the newspaper, I ran across your ad for sedation dentistry. Being the skeptical person I am, I thought…no way!!! Curiosity got the best of me, so I called. From the moment I spoke to Dana, I knew that I had made the right decision. Aside from the fact that it was pain free, the respect and kindness I received from your staff was wonderful. I now smile when there is nothing to smile about. My co-workers have all noticed a change in my attitude and self esteem, all because of you. I now look forward to regular cleanings and check-ups. Jessica was fantastic. I've never had anyone take the time to explain what they were doing at a dental visit and she was obviously concerned with making sure that my dental health goals are met, and that I clearly understood what was going on throughout every step of the process. I can't say I have ever recommended a dentist to a friend before, but I told the other couples at our bible study last night that they need to switch dentists to Dr. Miranda and make sure they ask for Jessica as their hygienist. These people only care about money! I have spent over 7000.00 dollars here. I got laid off from work and was unable to pay 509.00 I asked them to please be patient while I work on getting them there money. They went ahead and cashed my check causing me 200.00 dollars worth of NSF charges. They were pushy to begin with. If you needed work done. They would call constantly until you made an appointment... even if you couldn't afford it. Horrible, Greedy and Extremely pushy. I will NEVER do business with them again. EVER! And Neither should you!!!! Don't waste your time or your money. They cause way more trouble than they are worth.‎
