Dr. Joe, Howie and I wanted to thank you for the many times you have helped me out during job transitions or with decisions about our health care, and for seeing us on holidays or otherwise accommodating a schedule issue. We especially wanted to thank you for the care and attention you showed to my mother as she battled lung cancer. Your concern for her and positive attitude gave her a lift and helped her to feel like herself and helped her to feel in control of something about her health. It made a huge difference in how she felt. We'd also like to thank you for your patience with my dad and his many vision and health issues that make good dental care a challenge for him.
