My telephone went dead and I was frantic and lose control of myself since I am in the delivery business. The phone plays a very important part of my business in order for the business to run smoothly. I started to thumb through the yellow page and started to call whatever comes my way and since this was on a late Saturday evening and the phone service people are either not working or close for the day. However, when I called Transtel, the technician first guide me through to see if I can fix the problem myself to avoid having to pay for his service of coming to check on the problems. The technician was great and courteous but I just couldn't get my phone to work due to trouble with the phone system. The technician assured me that he will be right over in an hour but he showed up to my door in half an hour and was able to find the problem to the phone system and fix it right there.
