Rude, told me they had a pair...‎
The workers were more preoccupied with other matters when I arrived, but when I finally got their attention they were pretty negligent. I have a neutral foot and they apparently didn't have many shoes in my size at the time, but they did have one "but it was really expensive." I told her to go get the blasted shoes, and she did reluctantly. For the record I'm 24 and, I've been running competitively for many years. As any semi-"serious" runner, I place a high priority on getting a shoe that fits properly. The worker (college aged girl) immediately assumed that I would not have paid the money for a shoe that fits properly. I strongly suggest that the staff/management rethink the way business is done. In addition, a co-worker of mine also paid a visit to the store and walked out after not receiving any service after 10 minutes. It appeared that the workers were just chatting amongst each other. I guess transports doesn't really care for any new business ...

Because I'm horrible with names: The Gentleman who helped me today couldn't have helped me out more if he wanted to, he was that good. Got my bizarre looking legs on the treadmill and went through 4 pairs of shoes on the their video software to see what my feet were doing, and picked the best pair. Excellent service and I'm sure I'll be back in there in the future. Hopefully then, I can remember his name. ...
