One of the few shops I trust in the Katy.. Huge facility, nice staff. Took my car there for a noise I thought it was the trans. It turned out to be a cv (?) joint problem. They also find two other minor things that they suggested I do soon (a belt and a filter), but told me that they could wait, which I choose to do. All in all, they were very nice and above all, honest. Good advice, and no high pressure sales.‎.‎

2002 Mitsubushi Diamante "Top Of The Line". Or so i thought when I bought the car brand new. Before I get too off subject the transmission burned out @ 80000K. (And Trust Me Im Always on top of Schelude Maintinece.) Anyways, they did a great job. I never had to bring it back except for the 200 Mile check up. I sold the car to a Neighbor of Mines about half way through my Warranty because it gave it a little more value. He has now clocked 151000K and said Its problem Free (As far as the Tranny goes). Honestly. At first I was pretty unsure if I should even get my vechical serviced, (It was a 2000 Chevy Impala, 7 years old at the time I brought it in and the miles were pretty high). It just didnt seem worth the money to me. After my car was looked the manager sat down with me and very thoroughly explained what my car needed and the cost involved. I was amazed at how much time he took explaining things to me, and he made sure that I understood. I felt reassured that he knew what he was talking about because his certifecations showed he had 30+ years exp in the business. So I made the decision to get it fixed. Their cost was a little higher then a shop I previously got a quote from on the SW side of Houston, but thats expected since were in Katy, also the other shop didnt provide a warranty like this one.
