I have typically had good experiences here and have spent upwards of 10k here in the past 6 months as I am furnishing a new home. However, the service has become progressively worse over time. I placed a special order for furniture (5K), and to date, only part of it has been delivered. The rest of it is sitting in their warehouse (by their own admission) for three weeks, but no one can seem to inconvenience themselves to deliver it. Probably no rush for them since it has been paid in full. If you can't buy it off of the floor and take it home in your own vehicle, you are better served to shop elsewhere.‎
