If I could give ZERO stars I would. Not only is the staff in the front incompetent, but they DO NOT treat you like they want you to come to their office and be their patient, give them hundreds, maybe thousands of dollars from insurance and your own pocket. Especially the office manager, she's a real inconsiderate, rude lady who just literally yelled in my face in front of a room full of people when there was an issue with my insurance. I've never been treated anywhere in my life like I was treated at this office, and I advise NO ONE to EVER go to Dr Tiffany Tran and their horrible staff in San Juan Capistrano.
