bad customer service at toys r us: customer service at toys -r- us in salinas ca. is awful.
everytime im in there they only have 1 cashier open, with such a long line.
their not friendly. not willing to help. they chit chat with eachother while customers do need assistance.
and the bathrooms are so filthy.
