Both my kids are born in April so I got 2 free suprise gifts from Toys R Us. I took it to this store and the response was we don't have any birthday packs here right now...no I will call you when we get them, no I am sorry nothing...so after I sat and complained, all they did was give both kids a balloon...poor customer service!

Here again you guys are a great store, with NO consideration for the handicapped consumers!! I would shop in this store ALL the time if I could get around inside the store! Get with it and take care of the handicapped consumer!! As of now you get an F for customer care!
