My wife and I visited this toys r us location today after calling for assistance on several items. I am pleased to share with all, that our overall shopping experience with them was the best of all stores that we've visited this season.
To the employees of toys r us @ olathe keep up the good work, seasons greetings and thnk you. I myself as much as the next person am guilty of getting a little too caught up with the "hustle & bustle of the season. Keep in mind that we as customers are not the first or the last anxious and in a hurry individual that the particular employee are going to have to deal with. Anywho, my wife and I were happy customers. thnx so much toys r us associates of olathe especially the 9 or 10 that had to deal with us. lol

What a terrible experience I had at this store! I recently went in to buy a Wii and the sales gal acted like I was bothering her. When I politely declined to accept the extended warranty, she proceeded to tell me I was wasting my money and rudely threw the receipt at me. I'll find a different store to go to next time.

Over and Beyond Customer Service: We live in Georgia and will visiting our Daughter, Her Husband and our 3 Grandchildren for Thanksgiving. I spoke with Nancy (store manager) to order a Middleton Swing set for the grandchildrens Christmas present. Nancy said none were in stock in Kansas but she would look into it and call me back. I received a phone call from her stating that there would be swing set waiting for us the to pick-up when we arrive. I can not say enough about this wonderful Store Manager. She went over and beyond what our local store manager would not do. Thank you for making our Grandchildren Christmas dream come true. Thank you again.

The greatest place for a kid looking for something to do for awhile. They carry a wide selection of toys for children. There are toys for toddlers, older children, teens, etc. They sell game boys, radio cars and boats, videos, bikes, dolls, and all kinds of amusing toys. The store is very organized and the staff is helpful in locating what you are looking for. If there is something new that is coming out soon, they are sure to have it there first.
