They have a few employees who will go out of their way to assist you. Their store is comfortable. Their shelves aren't always stocked like the Escondido store but usually sufficient. I really like that this store feels comfortable overall. They even have ice cream near the checkout. That's always fun after a day of shopping with the toddlers.

i brought back a night vision that was for 8 year olds and my kids are 4 and 5 i did not notice the age the merchandise was new in box i lost reciept i expected to be able to return for at least store credit i was told NO!no reciept no return or store credit I WILL NEVER SHOP AT TOYS R US AGAIN I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF NO STORE CREDIT I USE TO SPENT ALOT AT THE STORE LOOKS LIKE I WILL HAVE TO FIND ANOTHER STORE NO PROB!!!!!!!!!!!!!

when I called she couldn't wait to hang up on me. I asked if she had wii fit in stock and she said, "know we don't goodbye," really fast. I have had a few good experiences at the store

This store always has a great selection of toys. I have always been able to find what I was looking for and then some. The only drawback, it is sometimes hard to find a clerk to help out. It doesn't seem as if they have enough floor help.

this is a nice one stop shop. It's nice to be able to go here and shop for all the kids in the family in one spot. They have everything from newborn toys to video games.
