I recently was looking for a toy for my grandson's birthday..he had something specific in mind which I thought would be easy to find..Upon entering this store I noticed that much of the space was filled with childrens clothing and not toys...But I didn't think much of it at the time...Then when I couldn't find this arts and craft kit he wanted I asked at the customer service desk to see if she could locate the item in another store...She could hardly speak English and I got very frustrated trying to explain what I was looking for..I even wrote it out for her..She then said it wasn't listed in the inventory for any of the stores nearby..

I then went back to see if I could find something similar in stock..There wasn't nothing to be found..The inventory in that store was not much to speak of so I left

I was not happy with the service or what they offered for sale.The story was much different in the next ToysRus I went to..Also getting into and out of the stores location is a real pain with exiting only one way on the main road

CONS: Not much inventory. Language problem

This is a fun place to browse video game stuff. I mean who doesn't love video games? They have pretty good selection for xbox and ps2. I enjoy playing video games to relax.
