I wonder if their A/C is broken because I've been going here for years and I'm always overheating! The store in Oceanside is always a comfortable temperature.

I do like that this is one of the most well-stocked Toys R Us stores in San Diego though. The employees are usually pretty busy but try to be friendly anyway.

They have also been very good about returns, especially around holidays. That is always appreciated!
