I was very pleased with my experience when purchasing my car. The sales person along with whom I came in contact with were all very nice. I felt like I was treated honestly, and from my experience I had with Nissan of Antioch last year I will recommend Toyota of Vallejo to my friends.

This is where I purchased my car. My uncle, Dan Teruel, sold me my car (of course!). Although there was no way for me to haggle (I bought a Scion tC which is under the pure pricing), he treated me like he would any other customer. They have a pretty big fleat of cars and everyone on staff that I've encountered was very nice!
Even though I live in the city now, I still get my oil changed in Vallejo, just because their service is that good! They do tend to get busy on Saturdays, but what place doesn't?
The guys in customer service are always saying hi, and always help me out. When I first got my car, I thought I had so many things wrong with it, but it just turned out, I didn't know how to use it! Going to the guys in Cust Svc helped me out and never made me feel stupid, even tho I did feel ridiculous not knowing how to use my window wipers!! =)

Great place, Great location, Great people!

I've never had an easier car buying experience, and our family buys lots of cars. I showed up to find the exact car the manager, John Ingram, told me they had and the price was exactly what he quoted me on the phone. The internet manager was my salesperson and was he great. Didn't treat me like an idiot, or come off like a slimeball. Even the coffee was good (I think they have real starbucks in there)!

My step-mom and I went to the Vallejo Toyota to look for a car for me and this is where I actually bought my car. They have a fairly big lot and we thought that since we were buying the car in Vallejo we would be paying the lower sales tax here that if we got it from the other side of the Carquinez Bridge. Anyway, it took us over an hour to finally get the price to where we wanted and I finally got my car.

When we were shopping for a used car this is one of the places that I felt treated us honestly. When we told them our price range they didn't immediately show us cars priced a thousand dollers above that like other places did. The still made a fuss of haggling when made a decision to buy, but all in all, it was a less painfull experience than most used car dealerships I've visited.

PROS: Didn't push us to buy a more expensive car than we wanted
CONS: Haggling over finial price drug out a bit.
