She answered all of my questions, was very polite, and she seemed genuinely interested in customer service as the priority - which is rare to find in this business. We finalized the deal the next day and had our new vehicle. She was low pressure, easy to deal with, and was interested in making sure we got what we wanted. We will definitely use her the next time we buy a new Toyota. It's the kind of experience you hope for, but rarely actually get, when trying to buy a new car.
