i have a 2006 prius, which i'd brought in for routine service at the dealership. this service cost me an exhoribitant amount, and now, my prius gives me very bad mileage, no more than my kia used to. i get at least 100 miles less a tank than i used to the day before i brought in my car.
also, i found out a year after i got my car, that the dealer is supposed to give all prius owners an HOV sticker. i didnt get mine, no response to my phoe messages.
now, they want me to bring in at least 3 tank reciepts before they can even imagine what could be wrong.
they did something to my car, which had been running well till the day before i brought it in. i wish i could take that day back and had made a wiser, more economical choice about where to get my car serviced.

No high pressure sales gotta love it. You go and get what you want and nothing more. If you want to test drive the car, yes you must be the passenger for a little while, but then you get to drive! I-95 here I come!

When our car became flooded and stopped working during the bad weather, we brought our Toyota here. The service was fast and efficient considering that everyone and his brother was there for the same problem. Because the car was under warranty, there was not a problem and off we went.
