We bought our Sienna from Toyota of Concord and have had a very nice experience with them. The buyoing process was smooth and trouble free, and we had our little one with us. We also use them for servicing the car and that has also been an easy experience. That are curteous and easy to work with!

Toyota of Concord is a terrible place to go. They offered me way below True Market Value for my trade in and their numbers were CRAZY. I was looking at the RAV4 and really and trully I am grateful that they are so horrible at TOC because I ended up at Honda of Lake Norman and things went much smoother there.

I bought a Prius at Toyota of Concord November '06. I bought the scheduled service package along with it which includes your oil changes, tire rotation etc. I have never been happier with a dealership service dept. I call & make an appointment & when I drive in they already know who I am & are ready for me. They have a comfortable waiting area & always come in & sit next to you & explain if your car needs any other service. Friendly & fast & they do a good job.
