I came here to get my 1999 Camry's evap system fixed to pass the CA smog test. I came in on a Saturday and they replaced some hoses (among other things). The bill was $600, but unfortunately the engine light turned back on so I couldn't pass the test. I brought it in again on Monday, and they were able to thoroughly diagnose the problem. They replaced a cannister in the evap system, but didn't charge me the service fee, labor, or parts! I worked with Mr. Clements and he did a very good job taking care of me. Also, they offer free shuttle service as well as free car rentals if your car is there overnight. I was very pleased!‎

I bought a new Highlander in March. After a nightmare experience in Escondido, I emailed this dealership. Duff Joy gave me a quote by return email, no questions asked, $10000 lower than the other dealership. I went here, drove the car, and bought it on the spot. There was not one iota of pressure to add anything. They TOOK THE INITIATIVE in offering a form assuring privacy of credit Iinformation. I will never buy another car except from this dealership. This may sound effusive, but I mean it!!‎

bad service, rude and pushy, they try to take advantage of females by being pushy, i walked away after a black salesman raised his voice at me. no loser salesman with less than a high school education will raise his voice at me. I took my business elsewhere, do not recommend it, they are not what they claim to be‎

Duff Joy is the Man... One day you will be recognized for your honesty and hard work.... You are not only very kind and easy to talk to, but very down to earth.... I didnt get the car that I wanted because of other issues but I was pleased with the RED CARPET SERVICE from Duff Joy... I really appreciate the fact that he got straight to the point and didnt waste my time... He also gave me some options to look at... Thank You Duff... You are awesome... If all salesmen were like Duff Joy, I think buying a car would be so much FUN...
