They treat patients like the dollars coming in. Show no regard for family wishes or things like putting alert patients near windows. They keep drawers of mouth cleaners but do not clean patients mouths. Numerous times I have visited when my mother cried because she was forced to wear the same shirt repeatedly and had asked for a different one. I threw the shirt away. I have gone to see her and found huge unexplained bruises on her chest. The nursing home refuses to allow family to move her and went to Social Security to have benefits moved from the family account directly to the nursing home to make it more difficult for family to move her and pay another nursing home. All of her family live more than 50 miles away. The nursing home smells so bad, younger family members will not visit or take younger great-grandchildren to visit the patient.‎
