Great Hair for Men
I'm a regular dude's dude and never thought I'd be writing a review on a salon. However, I go to school close to Touche and recently got a hair cut from Manuel. I was really impressed with the price and the cut. I was fed up of the bland supercuts look.

I may venture out and try a massage next time.

Bullied!!! by MGSweetiePi E. at InsiderPages
I am a friend and client of an employee that recently left this salon. This post is in no way a retaliation as the previous employee doesn't know I am posting this.

This person has had some rough times with their taxes recently and as this person left the salon, the owners father threatened to call the IRS and report them and vowed to ruin their financial life. You dont know what IRS trouble is till I get done talking to them, he said. (The conversation was taped because they were afraid of something like this happening.) They were told it was just a threat by the owner and it didn't mean anything despite the father saying he felt like being vindictive.

Well we just found out that they made good on that threat. They called and reported information they had no business reporting. WHAT KIND OF PERSON DOES THIS?

This is the same man who physically chased this employee out of the salon crying because he didn't like the knee cushion on the bed earlier this year.

The same guy who along with the owner who took an additional 5% off of all the employee's check totals to pay for their credit card machine for almost 6 months!

I just wanted to put up an honest post about the kind of people that are now running this place. Im glad that my friend has left. This salon has gone way downhill. You just don't treat people like that. All I can say is Karma's a b**ch.

Ridiculous. by J D. at InsiderPages
I have to disagree with some of the recent posts. I am a very fair person who was a longtime client at this salon. I have just recently gotten fed up with all the drama that seems to go on there. The atmosphere has changed dramatically with the ??????latest?????? owner and is not in the least a ??????cool, hip and pampering?????? type salon. It is loud in the hallway when getting a massage and has an uncomfortable feeling up front. Its no wonder the employees come and go there like a revolving door. If someone is good and they leave, that shows you that something bad is going on there.

I have waited up front for what seems like forever because the manicurist is constantly running late. Just walking in the manicuring area my feet would stick to the floor and be black on the bottom and it always seemed dirty with hair everywhere. I have never once seen the manicurist clean the pedicure chair bowls or her tools for that matter.

I find it really rude when I hear them speaking some kind of Arabic across the salon and waiting area to each other. It feels like I walked into the Vietnamese salon where you feel like everyone is talking about you which make everyone feel uncomfortable. They even hired a Arabic guy who couldn't even speak any English. He needed a translator to cut your hair!

The girl up front aways seems to have that ??????fake?????? niceness, has an attitude and always seems to be on her cell phone. I cant tell you how many times Ive called in the middle of the day 4 or 5 times and never got an answer. The employees always seem to be miserable there and sitting around so it is no wonder that the good employees all leave.

It was busier with the previous owner and with this new one, there never seemed to be any customers in there. You have to wonder why that is.

I had a friend who a couple of years ago went to Coline and she chemically burnt her so bad sh

Gone! by L. C. at InsiderPages
I too am a fan of Rebecca's work. I called Touche to see where she went and they were rude to me and tried to get me to book with one of there other people. No Way! I just found out that she went to Jubilee up the street on Lake Ave. It is a really nice place. Unlke this place which is always filthy and the people are rude. Im glad she's moved up the latter! Go see her there!

Really Disappointed... by Janice S. at InsiderPages
I just discovered today that my favorite waxer/tanning person, Rebecca, is no longer working at the salon. I don't know what happened but, when I called, they said she isn't there anymore. They didn't give me a reason nor would they tell me where she went.

I'm really disappointed to find this out because her tanning work was excellent. She did a great job waxing as well. Completely pain free.

Oh well... I hope I find out where she went. I really don't want to look for someone else.
