I called Total Decon because of a family tragedy that had occured, John answered the phone on the first call, no machine.. He and his guys were in my familiy's home in less then 2 hours. He explained everything to me and my brother in a way we could understand and bid one price all inclusive, (very easy to understand). It floored me how well and fast and professional he and the guys were. My family was looking at a complete nightmare, they came in and made it all go away in no time. My family was actually able to meet and start making plans in our home, where as before we were trying to find a hotel. I called 4 other companies and none of them even came close to the patiance, caring and understanding that the Total Decon team showed my family. Would I recommend them, I hope I never have too but ABSOLUTELY YES!!! 100% satisifed with every aspect of the job, I just hope one day you find this review John, Thank You SO MUCH!!
