Encouraging when you know someone cares

Doctors' and staff were very encouraging when my silky terrier was having problems. There was one doctor that seem a little discouraging and she had ask me to sign papers releasing responsibility when I took my dog home for a night to care for him myself. But, I let it go because the rest of the staff were quite helpful and brought him back to the happy little puppy he is now.
