Recently, I took my mother-in-law's car here for her birthday gift, and they performed an amazing transformation!!! The paint was already dull from oxidation, and there were several minor dings around the car. We got a special, more expensive package-- and after several hours, her car looked brand new!! (Note: if you want to have the dings removed, you must call ahead to make arrangements.) They were able to restore the black paint to a beautiful luster... remove all the dings... shampoo all the interior (even the roof)... and steam clean the engine. It will cost more money, but it's a fabulous gift that she will enjoy every day for a long time : )

I've been taking my car here for the past few years, and I complete confidence in the manager, Jonas, to receive great service. I come to Topanga Car Wash 4-5 times per year to keep the paint protected, and it's well worth every dollar. They actually know how to maintain a paint job properly in order to prevent oxidation.

You can take your car to your local gas station to get the dust off, but you will need an occasional wax from professionals in order to preserve the paint in this So Cal sun. We need more businesses run like this in Los Angeles.

I recently moved back to the area from Studio City. Topanga Car Wash use to be a great Car Wash. I don't know if they changed ownership in the past 8 years, but the service is not the same. They are very nice, but do a below average job cleaning their cars. I have gone back 3 times (each time increasing the package that I purchase thinking that may be the problem). Today I spent $40 on the wash. The outside looks good. However, the inside looks the same as when I brought it in. I still see dust and finger prints on the dashboard/windows. I am disappointed. I need to find a good car wash.

Today I went in to get my truck washed. The guy cleaning my truck came up and told me he broke my cup holder and part of my dashboard. They had no manager on site and the only person who spoke any English there refused to help me in any way and for the most part totally ignored me. They would not give me a receipt or sign anything stating that I was even there. When I finally talked to one of their supervisors they completely denied breaking any thing and tried to tell me it was broken when I dropped the car off... Which is not true it was not broken. I will never go back to this place. They would not even give me a refund for my car wash. Topanga car wash is a total scam. I would never and will never recommend this place to any one after this.
